Board of Trustees
Lincoln Electric
Cooperative's (LEC) 10-person Board of Trustees
is elected by the members, from the general membership of LEC. Each one brings a unique set of skills and
knowledge to the Board. Collectively, they are responsible for
establishing, reviewing, and revising corporate policies to
insure that LEC continues to keep service to the membership
foremost in mind, while maintaining a stable, yet competitive,
position in the industry.
The members of the Board of Trustees for
LEC know about the need to stay
involved with our communities. They know the necessity of
running LEC in a responsible fashion. They know that
the members come first. How do they know? Because they are LEC
members who live and work right here in LEC's service territory
and they are pledged to making life a little better for us all.
LEC's service area is divided
into five districts each of which has at least one
representative on the board. Board members serve two-year terms
with five trustees elected at each annual meeting.
