Extension Application
If you are interested in
obtaining a new electric service, we encourage you to schedule a
visit to our office in Eureka. In preparation for this visit, please fill out the Application
for Line Extension Cost Summary ahead of time.
Please note that the legal land description of the
property where the service is to be located will be needed. You can find this description on your tax notice or
warranty deed.
You will also need to pay a
$250 survey fee when submitting this application. This fee is applied toward the project construction cost
if the service is installed within 24 months of service
application. If you
are unable to schedule an office visit, you may mail the
application and survey fee to our office, but please include the
name of the person who we should contact to schedule a site
visit to the property.
